I am Eric Weaver, the Chancellor of North State Real Estate Academy and the primary instructor.

I teach our real estate Pre-Licensing, Post-Licensing and Continuing Education classes.

I have has over thirteen years of brokerage experience in North Carolina. I have worked at and won sales awards from three international franchise brokerages. I have served as the broker in charge of a nationally franchised real estate office as well. I am currently the broker/owner of my own small firm general brokerage, Flatwoods Realty.

I am an adjunct instructor for the University of Mount Olive and I also have experience teaching at the community college level for four different community colleges. I am an active law enforcement instructor in North Carolina as well.

What this all adds up to is that I want YOU to succeed and I have the tools to help you do it. I personally want every student that comes through our classes to succeed at the level that they want to!

I have also been a law enforcement officer since 1995 and have my Master of Public Administration degree. I live on a small farm in the Bennett community in Randolph County, near Chatham and Moore counties. I am married to Christina Weaver, and have two children, Eric Jr. and Anna, two step-children, Andrew and Kathryn, a dog, three cats, and about a hundred thousand bees.
